Palliative Care Volunteers

Orange Push for Palliative members have just become official Palliative Care volunteers at Orange Base Hospital.

Members visit the Unit several times a week to provide items for patients and family members. They stock the Nespresso coffee machine, supply specialty teas and provide other items that a family may need whilst at the Unit.

Handmade quilts are provided on all the beds in the Palliative Care Unit to create a more homelike and comfortable atmosphere for patients and their families.
